Le département de Haute-Corse en bref
Haute-Corse (2B), dont la préfecture est Bastia, fait partie de la région Corse. Avec 13 858 autorisations d'urbanisme délivrées sur 236 communes, le département devance Corse-du-Sud (12 712 dossiers) parmi les départements de sa région.
L'activité est relativement concentrée : Prunelli-di-Fiumorbo cumule à elle seule 741 dossiers . Lucciana et Ghisonaccia complètent le podium. Les 10 premières communes concentrent 36 % des autorisations du département.
Côté construction, 5,9 millions de m² de surface de plancher ont été autorisés, pour 30 113 logements. Le pic d'activité se situe en 2018 (1 340 autorisations), avec depuis une tendance à la baisse : -86,9 % en 2026.
